You also have access to a five-line LCD. The lack of Play/Pause or the Mute button should be a concern. The unit comes with a remote, but once again; you do not have access to the Mute button here as well. One of the distinguishing features that we found interesting is the ability to work with your existing WiFi connection. You do not need to have any bridge for the successful connectivity. Of course, you also have access to a wired Ethernet connection if you would prefer it.

Setting it up can be a little difficult; however, we would hasten to add that it is a straightforward process. Bose is working on a mobile app aided installation option, but as of now, the functionality is not available.

There is no Bluetooth connectivity option. That may be something you would miss. The speaker offers you access to a good list of streaming services to choose from, prominent among them being Pandora and Internet Radio. Support for other services is being added in a phased manner.
